Hall cleared into the track... smoke on! Hall through the Start Gate at 189kts.... through the first chicane and into the first chicane as he opts for left-right and goes a little straight. He pulls hard and there's a slight stall there... that's a critical error... the splits are red as he goes 0.384s slower than Bolton... Hall is building momentum in this second half of the run, he goes left on the big turn and the G is controlled... at the last split it goes GREEN GREEN GREEN and Hall is through! All in that last part of the run,

 

Chambliss first up in this final Round of 8 heat.... he's in at 189kts and we're going to see some hearty flying from the American pilot. Dynamic and he's going a little wide on the chicanes, it'll cost him precious tenths of a second if he doesn't tighten those lines... still, it's smoother and more controlled than we might expect... the G is well under control and he's flown error-free but the pace is lacking. Sonka could make an error and Chambliss could progress... we'll just have to wait and see...
