Bonhomme: "There's some quick guys out there..." sounds like the pressure is on the Brit who has little to say at the Race Airport
Lot of love for Sonka on here! Can he take it all the way... not long to wait. We'll have the Final 4 any minute
FINAL 4:
MCLEOD
ARCH
BONHOMME
SONKA
McLeod is out and he's in the hunt... this is really aggressive flying and he's got a great run there when it really matters! It's a 1:01.113... not as fast as it looked
That might not be enough for a podium Pete...
Hall at the Race Airport: "I'm disappointed and I don't know what happened. I was pretty happy I could get a 58s time again... my race to lose and I did it."
Austrian Arch is up next and he's hot from a win in Rovinj in May... he also won here in 2008. Keep it clean Hannes and this could be a repeat performance in Budapest
It needs to be sub 1m and it's green so far, great turns and he's gaining ground the whole time
Now it's the last high G... can he do this... it's all green and that's a guaranteed podium!
It's 59.350 clean! Arch pulls it out of the bag and we'll have to see if Bonhomme or Sonka can rise to the challenge
Bonhomme will be in a better spot now Hall won't be on the podium – they are tied on points and whatever happens, the Brit can achieve a decent lead over the Australian
But will it be a win? He started really strong in 2015 but Rovinj was a washout...
Mr Consistent is out in the track and it's red so far, he needs to be sub 1 minute if he wants the win... and this isn't enough... the raceplane is not getting quite enough power to smash Arch's time
It's 59.557 putting him in second place behind Arch... so just Sonka to go!
In the last round Sonka stormed it to beat Hall with a fantastic 59.701 – can he repeat that now?
He's got 59.350 to beat for a win!
Last run of the Budapest race!
Sonka is out and he's flying aggressively – he's one of the most precise out there but that's a wing stall in the turn so he loses some speed as he comes back into his second lap... he's off the pace
1. ARCH
2. BONHOMME
3. SONKA
Arch: "Luckily I could do the fastest run in the final and just before that I thought how will I find those two seconds. I trusted myself and thanks to my team, my plane, it all came together."
BONHOMME: "It's been a good week and we've been wondering why we've been off the pace so to finish second is a relief."
