Matt Hall has been a bit conservative in his Free Practice sessions, and we're yet to see any real kind of blistering pace from the Australian
He's cleared into the track for the final Qualifying runs today... a good entry speed at 199kts but the pace is looking a little off as he clocks in 0.3s slower than Sonka. It's looking confident and clean though, and this could be a good, solid first run that will lay the foundations. Whatever happens now he's in a fairly strong position for tomorrow... we may see a little more aggression now in his second run.
It's all about the VTMs, but the precision and pace HAS GOT TO BE THERE.
Well that's a wrap for today's Qualifying here in Budapest. The racing hasn't disappointed, as we've seen some blistering pace in a super-technical track over the Danube today.
Get set for some thrilling matches in tomorrow's head to head rounds, not forgetting the Challengers who'll be getting ready to go big or go home in Hungary for Race Day.

Poland's Luke Czepiela up next... he managed 1:03.754 yesterday so he needs to find some extra time in the track today to get on the podium
A great start for Czepiela... he's looking smooth, a much less bumpy ride out there today and the splits are firmly in the green. He will know what he needs to do to take that current top spot and Czepiela is keeping his head out there
And we're back with Melanie Astles into the track!
